Project offers
Your project offer separates application setup, recurring subscription, included business areas and available options. Open Your offer to review the actual project's conditions.
Before you start — Review the actual offer for the selected project and have the intended business-area scope available. Keep application charges and hosting charges separate when comparing amounts. A public plan description helps comparison but does not replace the project’s confirmation recap.
Review what the offer includes
Read the allowance together with the selected level and options to understand what the current project offer covers.
- Open Your offer for the selected project.
- Read the selected level, Setup and Monthly subscription.
- Compare Modules included, Modules used and Modules remaining.
- Check the optional items and their current activation state.
The allowance counts business areas. An area can contain several functions and pages, so a screen count does not measure the remaining allowance.
An application may group customer administration, orders and stock into distinct areas, each with several pages. Compare that agreed grouping with the allowance. Counting the pages would give a different number and would not explain whether another area must be ordered.
Review an offer change
Review the scope and price of the proposed change before completing identity and payment confirmation.
- Click Change your offer.
- Under Your new offer, select a higher offer and review its Upgrade fee and Monthly subscription.
- Check the project company and billing address requested in the confirmation flow.
- When the scope and recap are correct, click Request the upgrade.
Note — Only higher offers are listed; downgrades are not available. Change your offer is not shown while an upgrade is pending (the offer then shows Upgrade requested) or when you already have the highest offer.
Follow the resulting offer state. A requested upgrade and an applied upgrade are different states.
Review an additional business area
Each order adds one module to the allowance of this project for a one-time amount; check it against the business responsibility you intend to add.
- When your modules reach the allowance, open Modules and click Order a module.
- Review the one-time amount shown for Additional module.
- If Billing information is requested, complete it and click Next.
- Check Billed to and the amount, then click Pay and order.
The additional allowance belongs to the selected project, and the module creation form opens. Use Business areas to prepare the functionality once the required scope is available.
Compare application and hosting amounts
Use the corresponding records to understand each budget line rather than combining unrelated public examples.
- Read the application offer and its optional extensions.
- Open Infrastructure billing for production hosting and test-environment usage.
- Consult the invoices recorded for the project.
The amount is traced to its offer, hosting period or invoice in the correct project.
Important — Public website prices help compare offers. The workspace offer, confirmation recap and recorded invoice establish what applies to your project; do not substitute a token count or a public example for an amount due.
