Billing and invoices
The invoice list shows amounts recorded for the selected project. Use it with the actual offer and hosting billing when you need to understand a charge.
Before you start — Choose the project and identify the operation or hosting period to review. Have its reference, date and amount available. Invoice records, an offer change being applied and the running state of a service explain different parts of the same transaction.
Find the recorded invoice
Locate the invoice using its recorded reference and date before comparing amounts.
- Select the correct project.
- Open Invoices.
- Locate the invoice by Number, Description or Date.
- Read Status and Amount.
Use the invoice's displayed currency. An amount from another project or a public example is not the record you are checking.
Compare an application amount
Compare the invoice with the specific setup, subscription or extension it records.
- Read the invoice description.
- Open the project's offer to review the setup, subscription or extension concerned.
- Compare the recorded amount with the confirmation recap for that operation.
- Check the project company and billing address if the identity needs correction.
An offer-change request can still be applying after its billing record exists. Check the offer state separately from the invoice state.
For an additional-area purchase, compare the invoice with that purchase’s confirmation, then read the offer’s applied state. For hosting, identify the environment and running period instead. Matching similar amounts without their operation or period can lead to an incorrect conclusion.
Compare hosting amounts
Use the hosting period and environment to understand the corresponding infrastructure amount.
- Open Infrastructure billing.
- Read the production subscription and the development or staging usage.
- Locate the recorded running period concerned.
- Compare its duration and amount with the hosting recap.
Hourly usage and application subscriptions describe different charges. Usage explains rounding and ongoing periods.
Check an apparently missing invoice
Distinguish an empty recorded list from an unavailable service or an operation still processing.
- Confirm the selected project.
- Check whether the list shows No invoice yet.
- Check the confirmation and current state of the operation concerned.
- Report an unexplained difference through project feedback with its invoice reference and date.
Any unexplained difference can be reported with the correct project and operation reference.
Note — The list presents recorded invoice data. It does not provide a separate PDF download action on this screen. Keep any report focused on the relevant reference and amount.
Resolve an invoice comparison problem
| Situation | What to check |
|---|---|
| Similar amounts appear on different records | Compare the project, operation, period and currency before treating the records as the same charge. |
| An invoice exists while an offer change is processing | Follow the offer’s operational state independently of the recorded billing operation. |
| The amount still cannot be explained | Keep the invoice reference, date and amount when describing the discrepancy in project feedback. |
