Costs and hosting questions
These answers explain how to read the project's offer and usage records. Check the actual workspace amounts for the selected project.
Does the included allowance count individual pages?
It counts business areas. One area can contain several functions and pages. Compare the included, used and remaining areas in the offer.
An orders area can contain a list, a record and confirmation actions. Those pages do not each consume a separate area simply because they are separate screens. Use the project’s agreed grouping when reviewing whether an extension is needed.
Is hosting the same as the application subscription?
They are separate parts of the project cost. Read the application offer, infrastructure billing and invoices rather than treating one public price as the whole total.
Separate setup, subscription, additional scope and hosting in the comparison. For hosting, identify production’s subscription and the recorded running periods of development and staging. The confirmation recap and invoice provide the actual amount and currency for the operation.
Why does a short test session have a billed amount?
Recorded hourly sessions are rounded up to whole hours, with a minimum of one hour per session. Compare the period, duration and applicable rate in hosting usage.
For example, a twenty-minute hourly session rounds up to one hour, while one hour and ten minutes rounds up to two. These examples explain billed time; the environment’s rate and recorded amount are still needed to understand the charge.
Why does the amount for an ongoing session change?
The environment is still running and the period remains open. Its recorded elapsed time continues to grow until the session closes.
Read the open or closed state when comparing two observations. An ongoing period can cross another whole-hour boundary. Review the final period after the environment is actually paused, rather than treating the earlier running amount as the final record.
Are input and output tokens interchangeable?
No. The up arrow shows input and the down arrow output. Read each direction separately. Both remain visible with zero when no use is recorded in that counter.
Input describes the material supplied to the AI work; output describes the material produced. A large quantity in one direction does not establish the quantity in the other, the number of completed pages or the hosting time.
Does a token count establish what I owe?
Use the project offer, confirmation recap and invoices for amounts due. Tokens and hosting duration are activity measures with different meanings.
Identify the kind of amount you are reviewing and open its corresponding record. Do not add token quantities to hosting hours or substitute either measure for an invoice. Use the period, description and currency when asking about a recorded charge.
Does starting staging publish the latest version?
No. Availability and publication are separate. Read the environment version in Deployment after the start completes.
After startup, verify the current version before testing. If it is not the version you intended, use the deployment workflow. Starting the service restores availability; it does not select the release or establish that the modified journey has been checked.
