Projects

A project is a workspace — the unit that holds your team, your settings, your company details and your branding. You can belong to several projects and switch between them. From the projects list you open one and find its overview, which gives access to Settings, Company and Appearance.

Before you start — Anyone signed in can create a project. Editing a project's settings, company details or appearance requires being its owner.

Create a project

  1. Open the projects list, then click New project.
  2. On Create a new project, fill in:
  1. Click Register.

The project is created. From the dashboard, the Project activation section then guides you through giving it a name, a description and activating it.

Open a project's overview

The overview is the home page of a project — a summary of its identity, its company details and its appearance.

  1. Open the projects list, then click your project's name.
  2. The overview shows three cards:

Edit project information

The Settings page covers the basic information shown on the overview — name and description.

  1. Open the project, then Settings.
  2. On Project information, change the Project name and Description (one or two sentences).
  3. Click Register.

You'll see Changes saved successfully.

Fill in company details

The Company page collects the legal identity of the entity that operates the project.

  1. Open the project, then Company.
  2. On Company information, fill in:

  1. Click Register.

Important — The Company name must match the one registered against your Registration number exactly.

Customise the project icon

The Appearance page sets the colours of the small icon that represents your project in the menus — the background colour and the text colour of its initials.

  1. Open the project, then Appearance.
  2. On Edit the icon, pick the Background colour and the Text colour.
  3. Click Register.

The new icon is applied right away, visible everywhere the project name is shown.
