Profile & security
Your Profile is your own account on the Platform, independent of any project. From the profile overview you read your contact details, update your identity, change your password, verify your email and phone, review your signed-in devices, and send us feedback.
Before you start — Anyone signed in can manage their own profile. Changes only affect your account, not the projects you belong to.
Read your profile overview
The overview groups your account into cards. Open the profile area to reach it.
- Open Profile.
- The overview shows:
- Contact information — your Email address and Phone number, each with a Verified badge or a Start verification button.
- Identity — your First and last name and Country, with a Edit your information link.
- Password — the date of the last change, with a Change the password link.
- Verifications — the verification status of your email and phone, with the last verification date.
- Current session — the device you're using right now, with a Sign out button.
Edit your identity
Update your name from the Identity page.
- Open Profile, then Identity.
- On the Identity card, change your First name and your Last name.
- Click Register.
You'll see Changes saved successfully.
Update your email or phone
Change the contact details used to sign in and receive notifications.
- Open Profile, then Contact details.
- Change your Email address or your Phone number.
- Click Register.
Your details are updated.
Note — Changing your email or phone marks it unverified again — verify it (below) to keep receiving messages and to use two-step verification.
Change your password
- Open Profile, then Password.
- Enter your New password (use letters, digits and special characters).
- Enter Confirm the password.
- Enter your Current password to confirm your identity, then click Register.
Your password is changed. Your other sessions stay open — close them from Devices if you want them signed out.
Important — Use a strong password with letters, digits and special characters. If the two new entries differ you'll see The passwords are not identical.
Verify your email
Confirm your email address so you can receive account messages and use email as a second factor.
- Open Profile and click Start verification next to your email.
- On the Verification page, check that your Email address is correct.
- Click Next to receive a code by email.
- Enter the Code you received and click Next.
Your email is marked Verified.
Note — There's a short wait between code requests. If a code is expired or wrong you'll see The code has expired or The code is not valid — request a new one.
Verify your phone
Confirm your phone number so you can receive SMS notifications and use SMS as a fallback second factor.
- Open Profile and click Start verification next to your phone.
- On the Verification page, check that your Phone number is correct.
- Click Next to receive a code by SMS.
- Enter the Code you received and click Next.
Your phone is marked Verified.
Sign out a device
Review where your account is signed in and end any session you don't recognise.
- Open Profile, then Devices.
- Each row shows the Device, Application, IP address, Location and Session (how long since the connection started, and how long before the session expires).
- Click Disconnect next to a session you want to end.
You'll see The device is disconnected and that session ends straight away.
Send feedback
Tell us what you think or report a problem — your message reaches the team behind the platform.
- Open Profile, then Feedback.
- On Send feedback, pick a Subject category and write your message in Your comment.
- Click Send.
You'll see The comment is sent.
Note — We use your feedback to fix problems and improve the platform. Don't include passwords, personal documents or sensitive identifiers in your message.
