Feedback
Use Feedback to tell us about a bug, suggest an improvement or ask a question. You see all your items and their status, submit new ones, follow a reported bug as our team works on it, and continue the conversation in each item's thread. Open Feedback to start.
Before you start — An item you report as a Bug is picked up by our team automatically and you can follow its progress here; improvements and questions are triaged on our side.
See your feedback
- Open Feedback. The list shows each item's Title, Status, Type, Environment and Date.
- Click View on a row to open it.
Tip — The Status badge shows where an item stands — new, in progress, resolved or closed.
Send feedback
- On Feedback, click New feedback.
- Choose a Type — Bug, Improvement or Question.
- Pick the Environment where it happened — DEV, STAGE or PROD.
- Enter a Title and a Description. For a bug, include the steps to reproduce it.
- Click Send.
Your item is created and appears in the list.
Note — A Bug is added to our team's board automatically and starts as in progress, so you can track when it's being worked on. Improvements and questions stay new for our team to triage.
Tip — If you open the form from a report link on a page, the page you were on is attached as context automatically — no need to describe where you were.
