Onboarding
When a customer sets up a project, their brief arrives in Onboarding. You review each brief and decide whether it can go ahead, then organize the validated ones — setting the plan, hosting and features — and launch the project so it's commissioned. Open Onboarding to start.
Before you start — You need an administrator account. A brief flows through stages: the customer submits it, you validate it, you organize it (plan, hosting, features), then you launch it. The customer fills their own parts — the brief, their region, their domain and the terms; you set the plan, the hosting and the feature list.
Review the onboarding queue
- Open Onboarding. The Overview lists every submitted brief with its Project, Status, Client and the date it was submitted.
- Click a row to open the brief.
Note — A brief appears here only while it's awaiting review; once you decide on it, it leaves the queue.
Review a brief
Decide whether a submitted project can be onboarded.
- From the queue, open the brief. It shows the customer's answers — the project goal, whether it's international, the target audience and its size, the desired features, references and notes — plus the SaaS level they were assigned.
- In the decision box, choose one:
- Validate — the project can go ahead; it moves to the Organize queue.
- Reject — the project can't be onboarded.
- Reopen — send the brief back to the customer to revise (its content is kept).
The brief's status updates accordingly.
Organize a validated project
- Open Onboarding → Organize. The queue lists validated projects with their plan, infrastructure, feature count, region, domain and terms status.
- Click a row to open the organizer.
- Work through its sections — SaaS type, Infrastructure and Features are yours to set; Localization, Domain and Terms are filled in by the customer and shown read-only.
Set the plan and hosting
- In the organizer, under SaaS type, click Add SaaS type, pick a level and click Save (use Edit or Remove to change it).
- Under Infrastructure, click Add infrastructure, pick a tier — Shared, Standard or Advanced — and click Save.
The plan and hosting are recorded on the project.
Note — Setting or changing the plan or hosting clears its validation, which must be in place before the project can launch.
Add the project's features
- In the organizer, under Features, click Add feature.
- Enter a feature name and a description.
- Click Add.
The feature is added to the list. Use Edit or Delete on each feature to change it.
Launch the project
Commission a fully organized project so it goes live.
- Open the project in the organizer.
- When every required element is complete — the plan, the hosting, at least one feature, the customer's region, a verified domain and accepted terms — the Ready to launch box appears.
- Click Launch organization.
The project is commissioned and a confirmation replaces the box.
Note — Launch organization appears only once every required element is complete; until then, finish the missing parts — yours or the customer's. Launching commissions the project; provisioning its infrastructure is handled separately by our team.
